HRT Recorder is a private HRT medication and lab timeline with estimated E2/T trends.
Open Settings → HRT Profile and choose Estradiol (E2) or Testosterone (T). This changes the active dosing, curve, and calibration focus; existing lab reports remain unchanged.
Open the Shortcuts app or ask Siri to record a dose in HRT Recorder. If a medication, dose, route, or time is unclear, review the follow-up prompt before confirming. You can always record directly in the app.
Open Settings → Hormone Lab Results. Import or scan the report, review the original value and unit, then save. Unsupported units, qualified values such as “<5,” or conflicting OCR units are kept for review but are not used for calibration.
Open HRT Recorder once, confirm the HRT profile and widget settings, then return to the Home Screen. iOS controls the final widget refresh schedule.
Use the Health app or Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → HRT Recorder to change permissions.
Delete individual records in HRT Recorder, or remove the app to delete its local container. Data you chose to write to the Health app must be managed separately in Health.
